How Do I Place An Order?
Purchasing is easy, select your Bow and add to your basket. Stock is added to our website every 1-2 weeks, so be sure to sign up to our mailing list via the Homepage to be amongst the first to hear about new stock.
Are All The Bows On Clips?
No, almost all of our bows have the option of going onto an Alligator Clip, a soft Elastic Headband or a Satin Alice Headband, to fit any age. However, if the Bow is a ready-made stock Bow, it will only be available on the relevant hair hardware, although if I have any surplus stock of the desired fabric I can make you the Bow as you require. We also have Hair Bobbles & Snap Clips available, but these are only possible with a specific size Bow or embellishment attached.
Do You Do Custom Orders?
Yes, whilst we do try to have plenty of stock available for immediate order & dispatch we can also offer you the option of ordering a Bow that you have chosen yourself. If you wish to order a bespoke Bow please pop me a quick email at Chloesbowtique2@gmail.com and I will do my very best to create the perfect bow for you.
What sizes are your bows?
All our different bow shapes have been named, please see the table below for the sizes available. Sizes may vary slightly.
Can You Combine Orders?
At the moment, providing the original order hasn't been despatched we will do our utmost to combine your orders, however, the shipping cost may have to be adjusted, depending on the revised weight of the package.
Do You Have The Same Products Every Restock?
No. We like to vary the products we sell so there is always a new choice for you and this makes each Bow ordered slightly more Bespoke, as the chances of someone having the exact same Bow as you are very slim.
How Long Is Delivery?
Delivery is within 2 working days for a ready-made stock Bow or 7-10 working days for a Bespoke Bow. We aim to dispatch all orders within the week, but this depends on how busy we are.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
At present we are only shipping within the UK, but please contact me and I can get a personal quote for postage costs for you.
How Can I Pay?
You can pay using Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or by card payment.
Can I Get A Refund?
